Weekly Mindfulness Group

Hosted at All Sports Indooroopilly

There is research support for the benefits of mindfulness for performance, stress, and wellbeing. This group is a great way to learn about mindfulness and experience the research-backed benefits first hand; or if you already have an established practice, to take part in a regular group-led session that may help deepen your own personal practice.

The group is run at All Sports Indooroopilly, located at Level 1, 56B Coonan St, Indooroopilly QLD 4068, Wednesdays from 5:45pm, with formal practice from 6:00 – 6:50pm. Arrive at 5:45 and take a few minutes to let go of your day, get settled, and ask Sue any questions you may have.

The group costs $25/per session for a block of four sessions. Please book using the sign-up form below. Payment is taken on the day, and can be made by cash, or eftpos. Health fund rebates may apply.
