Sue facilitates a weekly group mindfulness meditation.
There is research support for the benefits of mindfulness for performance, stress, and wellbeing. This group is a great way to learn about mindfulness and experience the research-backed benefits first hand; or if you already have an established practice, to take part in a regular group-led session that may help deepen your own personal practice.
The group is run at All Sports Indooroopilly, located at Level 1, 56B Coonan St, Indooroopilly QLD 4068, Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, starting August 2nd.
The group costs $30/per session, or $25/per session if booked in blocks of four sessions. Bookings are essential, please sign up using the form below. Payment is taken on the day, and can be made by cash, or eftpos.
