Meditation & Mindful Movement classHosted at Monthly at Brookfield
These small-group meditation classes help participants find stillness, clarity of focus, and ease in being. In our sessions, we will move into stillness through mindful movement that is grounded in gentle yoga asana practice. Sue will then guide participants through meditation practices designed to cultivate present-moment awareness and calm.
Sue combines a scientific background in psychology and sport science (MSc & PhD), with yoga and meditation accreditations, and ongoing professional development, to provide classes that are safe, focused, and enjoyable. Sue is a senior teacher with Meditation Association of Australia, and a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia.
The class is run at Sue’s studio in Brookfield for an hour. Our next classes are Aug 20th, Sept 17, Oct 15 & Nov 12.
Please contact Sue if you would like to join the class. There is the option of online attendance via Zoom for current participants unable to physically attend the class. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org to organise.
The group class costs $25/per session, or $80 for a 4-session pass.
Sue is an excellent facilitator and I’ve found these sessions so beneficial. My concentration and focus have improved, and in turn productivity both at work and at home. Classes have also been great for teaching us to be in the moment and manage stress better.
Really helpful to keep my mind in a good place.
