Monthly Mindfulness GroupHosted at Brookfield
There is research support for the benefits of mindfulness for performance, stress, and wellbeing. This group is a great way to learn about mindfulness and experience the research-backed benefits first hand; or if you already have an established practice, to take part in a regular group-led session that may help deepen your own personal practice.
The group is run at Sue's studio in Brookfield on a Thursday each month from 5:30pm. Please book using the sign-up form below to receive directions to the studio's address.
The group costs $25/per session, $20 for concessions, cash only.
