Make the Most of Your Run with Mindfulness
With welcoming in another year, you may have found yourself setting some new year’s resolutions and perhaps these involved exercising more? To get off to a great start to exercising in a way that will help you to sustain it in the long term, try unplugging from technology for at least some of your exercise sessions. That’s right, turn off the data, take off the fitness tracker, and just exercise while you exercise. Learning to focus fully on what you are doing while you are exercising will help you to exercise more mindfully. And exercising mindfully will help you develop the all-important 21st century life skill of mindfulness.
